On April 24, 2021, the Federal Electricity Commission (Comisión Federal de Electricidad) (“CFE”) published on its website the Bidding Terms, including the form of lump sum turnkey agreement, for the contracting procedures called by CFE for the construction of five combined cycle power plants throughout the country in (i) San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora, (ii) Tuxpan, Veracruz, (iii) González Ortega, Baja California, (iv) Valladolid, Yucatán and (v) Mérida, Yucatán (the “Power Plants”).

On May 24, 2021, the Decree by means of which the general guidelines for the registration of contractors rendering specialized services or executing specialized works referred to in article 15 of the Federal Labor Law (the “Guidelines”) was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (“DOF”).
